Submitting Support Tickets

    The "Submit a ticket" function does not require a login, though you will be required to include your e-mail address so the ticket can be answered. When submitting a ticket, you will be asked what department you wish to direct it. Currently there are three areas to submit to. "Customer Support”, “Human Resources (HR)", and the "Information Technologies Department (IT)" 
    Please make sure to be as descriptive as possible in your request so that you can receive a quick and accurate response. Tickets can be submitted at any time, but if they are submitted after business hours it may take till the following business day to retrieve the information to provide a response, so please be understanding. And to have your issue resolved quickly please make sure to include your location or the location the issue is, because of the number of travel team members that may be at a site other than their home.
